About the role

  • Identify and target prospective accounts across manufacturing with a focus on consumer goods and industrial sectors
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
  • Responsible for new logo acquisition and, subsequently, expanding/ upselling accounts
  • Develop account strategies to penetrate new regions, plants, or verticals
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with executive and operational leaders at prospective organizations
  • Interactions are typically with C-level and VP level executives; which can include large decision making teams
  • Understand client business objectives and align Redzone solutions to address operational challenges
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services to design value-driven proposals

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Sales, Operations, or Business Management preferred but not required
  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably into the manufacturing sector
  • Strong negotiation, marketing, and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
