About the role
- **Your responsibilities:**
- - Territorial institutional relations
- Ensure relations with local elected officials and interest representatives (Chambers of Commerce, unions, associations).
- Develop and maintain working relationships with prefectures and state services (regional and departmental prefectures, SGAR, DREAL, DDT(M), permitting authorities).
- Represent Q ENERGY to institutional stakeholders, in alignment with positions adopted by the DAP (Public Affairs Directorate).
- - Local acceptability and project support
- Identify territorial expectations, areas of concern and local leverage, in coordination with the DAP team, Regional Managers and project teams (Development, Construction and Asset Management).
- Contribute to the preparation and management of sensitive local engagement sequences, within the defined public affairs processes.
- - Permitting support
- Support project teams in exchanges with state services and local authorities throughout the permitting process.
- Provide project teams and the DAP with field feedback and early-warning signals.
- - Territorial offering and local anchoring
- Develop, promote and implement Q ENERGY’s territorial offering for projects.
- Ensure local implementation of measures defined at the DAP level.
- Contribute to the coherence between territorial initiatives, national partnerships and the overall narrative promoted by the management.
- - Contribution to DAP and company processes
- Participate in the cross-functional processes of the Public Affairs Directorate (project reviews, coordination bodies, reporting).
- Share structured field information with other functions within the DAP.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of public affairs methods and tools.
- Contribute to training provided to all employees.
Requirements
- **Your profile:**
- Proven experience engaging with local authorities, state services and institutional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of local political, institutional and administrative mechanisms.
- Ability to work in cross-functional, process-driven organizations.
- Autonomy, political awareness, analytical and coordination skills.
- Strong interest in energy transition and territorial planning issues.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the country.
