About the role
- Lead the negotiation of Repowering partnership agreements during the prospecting phase in collaboration with the legal department (commercial negotiation, confirmation of legal wording, etc.)
- Lead negotiation of ancillary contracts related to the repowering of wind farms (land-rights security, technical analyses, etc.)
- Support Q ENERGY’s legal department in drafting land instruments for repowering to ensure they meet the needs of the project and partners
- Summarize the contractual terms of the DSA and translate them into clear, practical guidance for the project development teams
- Support the Repowering Manager and the Acquisitions team in negotiating NBOs and BOs for repowering acquisitions
- Manage budgets and invoicing for repowering partnerships
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations of parties involved in the development of repowering projects
- Lead negotiation of third-party contracts (exclusivity agreements, wake-related agreements, etc.)
- Support teams in managing land-competition issues in partnership with Q ENERGY’s legal department
- Lead negotiations of amendments to Repowering partnership agreements
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and continuity of commitments during negotiation of ancillary contracts to the DSA (TSA, EPC, etc.)
- Ensure client satisfaction (a feedback form is currently being developed)
- Improve reporting and budgeting tools.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) required: engineering degree, master’s in project management, business law, or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience in contract management within infrastructure, ideally in the energy sector
- Excellent written and spoken English
