About the role

  • Deploy and maintain the QHSE management system in line with the group’s strategy and policies
  • Ensure compliance with Portuguese QHSE regulations and support QHSE certifications
  • Monitor processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
  • Support local teams in implementing QHSE procedures, processes and management tools
  • Perform internal audits and site inspections (offices, construction and operational sites) and support external audits
  • Coordinate key QHSE activities including mandatory trainings, medical exams, waste management, environmental compliance and PPE management
  • Support the reporting, investigation and follow-up of incidents, non-conformities and corrective actions
  • Manage supplier evaluation processes and customer satisfaction monitoring, driving improvement actions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HSQE Management or related degree, such as TSST certification (Técnico Superior de Segurança de Trabalho)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the energy, construction or industry sectors
  • Strong knowledge in having participated in setting up the processes for obtaining ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
  • Professional experience in internal auditing
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in both English, Portuguese and Spanish is required
