About the role
- Develop client calendars and align content with branding.
- Collaborate with the creative team on campaign development.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance with data-driven insights.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to drive innovative strategies.
- Act as the main client liaison, ensuring seamless communication.
- Understand client goals and proactively address challenges.
- Conduct regular check-ins and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Upsell services and work on growing new business with new client leads.
- Work closely with creative and performance teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities for the team.
- Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure data hygiene.
- Monitor team performance through WIPs, constant feedback.
Requirements
- Qualifications – Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field, with 5+ years of experience.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
- Social Media Expertise – Strong knowledge of social media platforms and performance marketing strategies.
- Communication & Leadership – Excellent client-facing skills and team leadership abilities.
- Project Management – Experience handling multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
- Creativity & Innovation – Ability to create engaging, high-impact digital content.
- Client Service Excellence – Proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships.
