About the role

  • Develop client calendars and align content with branding.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on campaign development.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance with data-driven insights.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to drive innovative strategies.
  • Act as the main client liaison, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Understand client goals and proactively address challenges.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and maintain high client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Qualifications – Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
  • Social Media Expertise – Strong knowledge of social media platforms and performance marketing strategies.
  • Communication & Leadership – Excellent client-facing skills and team leadership abilities.
  • Project Management – Experience handling multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Creativity & Innovation – Ability to create engaging, high-impact digital content.
  • Client Service Excellence – Proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships.
