About the role

  • Support the execution, optimization and reporting of digital marketing campaigns across key paid media channels.
  • Manage campaigns end to end, translating data into insights and ensuring clients achieve their acquisition and growth objectives.
  • Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, and Snapchat, aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Develop and support full-funnel strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily, optimizing budgets, creatives, and targeting.
  • Assist in testing, experimentation, and reporting, including A/B tests, heatmaps, and growth initiatives.
  • Manage conversion tracking and support performance reporting using tools like Meta Pixel, GA4, Excel, and dashboards (Looker Studio/Power BI).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a strong quantitative background.
  • Up to 2 years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience, freelance or in-house, including digital planning.
  • Experience with paid media across e-commerce, retail, FMCG, hospitality, or tech; strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, attribution, SEO, and web analytics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and self-management skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Social-first mindset, creative flair, excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and Q’s internal teams.
