• Create productivity and savings pipeline, aligned with FDs and budget holders.
• Educate and inform stakeholders of the Indirect Procurement policy and uphold compliance.
• Conduct category spend analysis to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities.
• Provide category knowledge and sourcing expertise to manage commercial negotiations.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Represent procurement in business review and strategy meetings.
• Own operational procurement activity for Indirects.

• The role works with product development teams to delivers consumer-loved, high-performing products, that meet brand strategy.
• Develops primary, secondary & tertiary packaging innovative and renovation-focused products predominantly within the Personal Care, Beauty & Gifting portfolio.
• Ensures products launch on time, on cost, and with high quality.
• Partners closely with sub functions within R&D, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality, consumer‑centric products on time and within cost targets.
• Owns multiple mid‑complexity projects simultaneously, managing timelines, risk assessments, technical documentation, and cross‑functional alignment.
