About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build effective supplier and stakeholder relationships to deliver cost savings and service improvements.
Define and deliver the procurement strategy for Indirect spend categories.
Create productivity and savings pipeline, aligned with FDs and budget holders.
Educate and inform stakeholders of the Indirect Procurement policy and uphold compliance.
Conduct category spend analysis to identify and prioritise improvement opportunities.
Provide category knowledge and sourcing expertise to manage commercial negotiations.
Develop relationships with internal stakeholders.
Represent procurement in business review and strategy meetings.
Own operational procurement activity for Indirects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in indirect procurement with a proven track record of delivering commercial value.
Strong understanding of procurement strategy, spend analysis, supplier performance, and contract management.
Experience working in a dynamic, matrix, or multinational environment.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
High level of integrity and compliance awareness.
