About the role
- Develop an account base by developing a target list, prioritizing opportunities, and cold calling, both in person and on the phone.
- Provide detailed sales plans and forecasts on a very regular basis to executive management.
- Monitor and evaluate sales and distribution trends for different markets, carrying out marketing analyses to identify potential opportunities.
- Build long-term collaborative relationships with distribution & retailer partners.
- Present solutions and financials to customers and potential customers, and negotiate win-win outcomes.
Requirements
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, with strong emotional intelligence.
- Strong oral, written and visual communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, with ability to independently build sales decks and collateral in PowerPoint.
- Foundational financial understanding to provide customers with financial benefits of proposed plans.
- A desire to learn and build your skills as we develop an industry-leading sales force.
- Aggressive self-starter, driven to succeed, and excited by closing the sale.
- Collaborative, team player.
- College degree preferred.
