About the role

  • Collaborate with client and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize functional and technical requirements.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, balancing client needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Oversee planning, execution, testing, and release cycles across Agile or hybrid delivery models.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and business analysts.
  • Manage deployment, user onboarding, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Scope and execute process and organizational changes required to support product success.
  • Align product delivery with the client’s strategic business objectives and technical vision.
  • Support other product development efforts as needed, adapting to new domains and client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, technical delivery, or program management roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline (preferred).
  • Experience in product management, consulting, or client/user-facing delivery roles (preferred).
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and integration patterns (preferred).
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Product Owner certification (preferred).
  • Exposure to infrastructure, utilities, or supply chain domains (preferred).
