About the role

  • Lead development and implementation of client onboarding program from first integration conversations through post-launch success
  • Work directly with fintechs, brokers, and lenders to embed Pylon into product flows using APIs, Command Center, and Elements components
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process: kickoff, integration design, launch, and post-go-live support
  • Help customers design how to integrate Pylon's API and Elements into their workflows and user experience
  • Build and maintain a repeatable onboarding and scoping framework to support customers efficiently and consistently
  • Work closely with account management on joint success plans, customer KPIs, and timelines
  • Provide post-launch support including triaging issues and routing product feedback
  • Forward deploy customer integrations with product and engineering, influence roadmaps, and help scope feature requests
  • Maintain deep product expertise and act as a consultative voice to help clients get the most out of Pylon
  • Build out the playbook and scale a team of forward deployed engineers who partner with product managers and account managers

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, technical account management, or technical product roles
  • Experience working with or integrating APIs and understanding developer workflows
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across technical and non-technical counterparts
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or infrastructure products preferred
  • Strong technical foundation in platform products — APIs, UI components, backend services
  • Structured communicator who brings clarity to complex projects
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and GTM teams
  • Energized by customers and comfortable in live settings (working sessions, integration calls, go-live check-ins)
  • Enjoys zero-to-one environments and building playbooks
  • Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Bay Area (CA) or New York City.
