Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science
- 3 years of experience
- Understanding of Private Equity transactions and the deal lifecycle
- Utilizing experience conducting commercial, operations and/or Go-to-Market due diligence
- Possessing the ability to work at deal speed
- Proficiency in at least one GTM function: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel
- Understanding of common revenue models
- Understanding of how GTM metrics tie to a PE sponsor’s key financial metrics
- Understanding of basic technology business models
- Experience working with or evaluating Software/SaaS companies
