About the role
- Advise on improving efficiency in finance cycles such as Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash
- Lead large projects and innovate processes to achieve results and maintain operational excellence
- Interact with clients at a senior level to drive overall project success
- Develop and lead top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Provide technical proficiency and strategic advice and validate project outcomes
- Incorporate client feedback and foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
- Execute strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity, streamline processes, optimize technology, and use resources efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience
- Master's Degree in Finance & Technology, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Banking and Insurance, Data Processing/Analytics/Science preferred
- CPA, CFA preferred
- Proficiency in finance efficiency and effectiveness
- Knowledge of core finance cycles (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash)
- Familiarity with finance technologies
- Business intelligence tools experience
- Experience developing finance operating models
- Experience building client relationships and interacting with senior stakeholders
- Experience supervising and coaching teams
- Ability to lead large projects and innovate processes
- Travel up to 80%
- PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery not intended (work authorization expectations)
