Analyze financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues
Analyze intricate issues and develop solutions
Mentor and guide junior team members
Maintain elevated standards in every deliverable and uphold Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
Build and sustain client relationships and participate in client discussions and meetings
Use a broad range of tools, methodologies and techniques to generate ideas and solve problems
Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations
Manage engagements and maintain project economics
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience
CPA or equivalent (listed under "What Sets You Apart")
Experience providing financial due diligence and transaction-related services
Experience assessing quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows
Experience resolving issues in technical accounting areas
Experience interviewing executive management at target companies
Experience participating in client discussions and meetings
Experience managing engagements and maintaining project economics
Travel Requirements Up to 60%
