Requirements
- Master of Business Administration in Engineering, Computer and Information Science, or Computer Engineering
- 8 years of experience
- In-depth abilities in technology deals and leadership
- Experience working with CxO business leaders
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience leading target and client interactions
- Experience conducting thorough analysis of target platforms
- Understanding of mergers, integrations, spin-offs, and divestiture transactions
- Experience managing and developing strategic client relationships
- Ability to deliver significant business results
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
