About the role
- Support the Marketing & Communications Lead and the Marketing leads to help achieve team and industry goals
- Support implementation of an annual marketing & communication plans
- Support review of monthly budgets and expenses and manage overall team operations
- Develop clear and impactful copy for thought leadership publications, marketing materials, articles, blog posts and event invitations
- Provide direction and support on campaigns to improve customer experience (email distribution, social media posts, creative direction, project management)
- Support on major projects as required
- Become an expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and craft customer journeys
- Support/manage industry business related events, sponsorships and conferences (Financial Services focus)
- Drive marketing material production working with designers, printers and third party suppliers
- Work with web team and maintain website content for industry/priority areas
- Support development of monthly reports and industry market research
- Abide by PwC Middle East brand and ensure alignment to corporate brand identity
- Proactively build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support and assistance to the wider team and build wider Marketing & Communications capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- Previous experience working in Marketing & Communications roles, 2-3 years
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills; strong writing abilities
- Clear understanding of marketing principles and approach to problem solving
- Agility and flexibility
- Enthusiastic team player
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Desired: Fluent in Arabic
- Desired: Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Must be UAE Nationals only (role is open for UAE Nationals only)
- Government clearance required (Job states 'Government Clearance Required? Yes')
- Up to 20% travel required
