About the role
- Carry out implementation and support engagements related to SAP GRC solutions (Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, Audit Management)
- Design & review Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Sensitive Access Transactions (SAT) rulesets
- SAP role redesign and S/4 Transformation/Migration program support
- Provide SAP Security support and project management across SAP modules
- Lead or assist SAP GRC and other GRC application engagements
- Perform optimizations and assessments of implemented GRC solutions
- Define technical and functional requirements in collaboration with different teams
- Assist in requirement gathering, identification and resolution of client needs and participate in client meetings
- Assist with timely completion of tasks, development of client deliverables and status reporting
- Manage engagement delivery, prepare client presentations and drive strong client relationships
- Support proposal creation and development of marketing brochures
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience
- Implementation and support experience with SAP GRC Access Control or Process Control or Risk Management (version 12.0 preferred) or SAP Audit Management
- Ability to lead and assist with engagements related to SAP GRC and other GRC applications
- SAP Security experience in SAP ECC or S/4 Hana, MDG, BW, SAC, CRM, SRM, HR, IBP, BODS, Ariba (role redesign or S/4 migration experience preferred)
- Technical knowledge with SAP Security authorization concept including user and role management
- Knowledge of user provisioning processes and security maintenance processes & related leading practices
- Knowledge of SAP business process (added advantage)
- Ability to perform optimizations and assessments of implemented GRC solutions
- Strong technical and functional understanding of Internal Controls / Segregation of Duties Framework
- Experience collaborating with teams to define technical and functional requirements
- Experience assisting with requirement gathering, identification and resolution of client needs
- Experience participating in client discussions and meetings
- Ability to assist with timely completion of tasks, development of client deliverables and status reporting
- Ability to collaborate with team members and update leadership on issues and progress
- Technical SAP skills and a general understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to manage engagement delivery, client presentations and drive client relationships
- Assistance in creating proposals and developing brochures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Client presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to work in virtual teams
- Ability to work independently
- Mandatory skill sets: SAP GRC
- Preferred skill sets: SAP Security
- Education qualification: BE, B.Tech, MBA, MCA
