About the role
- Gain experience working on projects for companies from various business sectors, both big corporate clients and local family businesses
- Learn and use various business analysis tools in practice
- Propose and implement innovative solutions in the field of financial audit
- Support the standardization process of selected audit procedures (tests)
- Run agreed tests and perform assigned tasks
- Assist Audit teams in preparing documentation
- Gain knowledge about auditing standards and financial reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor in Audit/Accounting/Economics/Finance
- 1-2 year experience in similar position or accounting/finance
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Proficient in Lithuanian and English
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, problem-solving team player with analytical skills
- Desire to upskill and grow professionally
