About the role
- Provide advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, with focus on tax regulatory matters
- Monitor and interpret tax regulations and legislation and advise on impact of regulatory changes
- Help clients leverage legal and contract technology for business requirements within Contracts, Commercial Assurance and Legal Tech services
- Use commercial knowledge to improve prompt accuracy and enhance AI accuracy
- Perform contract review and administration, including commercial obligation and fulfilment management
- Support implementation or use of contract and legal AI solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and client deliverables
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ Years of Legal and Commercial Contract review Experience
- Experience in Legal contract review – commercial obligation and fulfilment management
- Experience in Contract and Legal AI solutions (added advantage)
- Experience in Legal Tech and AI
- Internal Audit (preferred skill set)
- Education: CA or MBA in Finance
- Degrees/Field of Study: Chartered Accountant Diploma; Master of Business Administration
