- Manage lease transactions for a portion of the US/MX portfolio
- Develop and implement real estate solutions working with multiple stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of commercial real estate leasing experience
- MBA
- CoreNet MCR
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate preferred
- Possessing knowledge or experience in real estate and facilities management
- Understanding of and driving real estate operations
- Developing financial models detailing P&L and cash flow impacts of real estate related decisions
- Displaying knowledge of real estate and workplace related software
- Understanding of Microsoft Office and Google collaborative tools
