Participate in the completion of SR&ED claims (Canada) and R&D tax credit claims (US)
Complete assignments on time and within budget
Provide practical solutions to optimize clients' returns from SR&ED and other government incentives
Attend meetings and support clients during SR&ED reviews
Manage a portfolio of clients, report to Senior Managers
Engage in business development activities and contribute to the team's technical acumen

Requirements

Proven expertise in computer science, IT, or technical management
Competencies in software development, hardware development, and IT systems
Degree or education in a STEM field or related discipline
Broad knowledge of current development technologies including web development, XML, Java, JavaScript, C#, database technologies, open source, mobile apps
Prior experience with the SR&ED tax credit program, preparing and supporting IT or software-based claims
Strong client-service orientation, excellent communication skills
Fluency in French and full business proficiency in English
