About the role
- Lead client engagements: design enterprise operating models and deliver enterprise transformation change programmes to a high standard
- Build relationships with our clients, identify their needs, and help propose solutions to them
- Act as a role model and coach for more junior consultants and clients' personnel
- Support and manage business development activities
- Ensure adherence to quality and risk procedures within the firm
- Maintain an up-to-date skillset and a high market profile, staying informed about developments in the Asset Management industry
Requirements
- commercial experience in operating model design and large change projects, within consulting or asset management
- excellent general business knowledge across the Asset Management value chain (Front, Middle, Back Office)
- Subject Matter Expert in several functions within Asset Management, both internal and outsourced
- developed expertise in Target Operating Model Design and Implementation, including business analysis and technical architecture
- held positions as a lead Programme/Project Manager for large complex asset management projects
- strong knowledge of PMO functions, including planning and status reporting
