Requirements
- Extensive experience within Transformation Implementation
- Leading implementations of large complex system/transformation initiatives
- Drive the design and setup of PMO and necessary governance processes
- Managing a program management team
- Certified Project Manager (PMI PMBOK, APM BOK, PRINCE2, MSP, MoR, Agile, or Benefit Realization)
- Understanding of core project management processes
- Prior consulting experience
