About the role
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery health of large, complex customer operations managed service engagements.
- Ensure delivery excellence across transition and run, safeguard commercial outcomes, and drive continuous improvement and transformation.
- Lead high-performing, global delivery teams in alignment with PwC Operate’s Delivery Standards.
- Serve as a senior operational specialist and trusted advisor, ensuring efficient, compliant service delivery to contracted levels, protecting margin, and enhancing client satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience leading large, complex customer operations managed service engagements (£5m–£20m p/a) with full delivery responsibility.
- Strong delivery leadership across transition and run, ensuring quality, stability, SLA performance, people engagement and client satisfaction.
- Proven ability to manage delivery budgets, improving operational efficiency, optimise margins, and overseeing multi‑location delivery teams.
- Skilled in supporting and executing transition plans, including risk, resource, and operational planning.
- Credible senior stakeholder leader, acting as a trusted advisor and driving transformation and continuous improvement in engagements.
