About the role
- Engage with clients to understand business and technical requirements.
- Conduct infrastructure assessments and gap analysis.
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective hybrid cloud and HCI solutions.
- Prepare solution architecture documents, BOMs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide technical pre-sales support and participate in RFP/RFI responses.
- Lead end-to-end deployment of HCI and hybrid cloud solutions (e.g., VMware vSAN, Nutanix, Azure Stack HCI).
- Configure and integrate compute, storage, and network components in data center environments.
- Migrate workloads from legacy infrastructure to modern platforms.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are in place.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and performance tuning.
- Deliver technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Provide post-implementation support and documentation.
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in infrastructure consulting, systems engineering, or cloud architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Hyper-converged platforms (e.g., VMware vSAN, Nutanix, Cisco HyperFlex)
- Hybrid cloud solutions (e.g., Azure Stack HCI, AWS Outposts, Google Anthos)
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Enterprise storage and networking
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of data center operations, security, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
