About the role
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive engagement throughout all stages of the customer journey
- Consult with customers to understand their business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
- Act as a liaison between customers and senior leadership
- Contribute to process development and organizational growth projects
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Success experience preferred
- Renewable Energy industry experience a strong plus
- Demonstrated experience developing relationships at all levels
- Strong collaboration skills
- Accurate forecasting skills
- Conflict-resolution skills
- Understanding of customer metrics
- Proficient in CRM and customer service software
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Gainsight is a strong plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required
- Startup / Scale-up experience preferred
