About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with device manufacturers and other strategic industry partners, serving as their primary point of contact at Onspire.
- Educate partner sales representatives on our solutions and ideal customer profile, enabling confident referrals, co-selling conversations, and joint growth opportunities.
- Proactively engage partners via phone, email, and meetings to identify shared healthcare practices, referral-ready opportunities, and territory-based growth potential.
- Drive high-quality sales pipeline through targeted outbound outreach and timely follow-up on inbound leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and opportunity data in Salesforce to support clean handoffs and strong visibility across teams.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Practice Marketing Managers to align outreach and partner efforts.
- Attend select industry conferences and events to strengthen partner relationships and generate qualified opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in sales development, pipeline generation, or outbound sales
- Experience with partner, channel, or relationship-based roles strongly preferred
- Experience engaging physician-owned medical practices and/or industry or device manufacturing sales reps
- Confident initiating conversations via phone, email, and in person
- Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships
- Highly organized with solid CRM habits (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Data-informed, action-oriented mindset
- Self-starter who enjoys ownership and clear goals.
