About the role

  • End-to-end project handling and management of the entire process from application submission to disbursement of grant funds
  • Central interface between our clients and authorities, acting as a confident stakeholder manager
  • Strategic development and ongoing maintenance of client relationships
  • Client data management, including analysis and preparation so it serves as a reliable basis for audit offices
  • Support clients during software onboarding and assist with digitizing application processes
  • Implement documentation requirements digitally and transparently to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Early identification of client needs, proactive advising, and ensuring clients achieve maximum return on investment
  • Targeted forwarding of client feedback within the team to continuously optimize the software

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Initial practical experience in project management or consulting
  • Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style
  • Self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and a hands-on mentality
  • Enjoyment of strategic client contact and a confident, reliable, professional demeanor
  • Fluent German communication skills and ideally very good English skills
  • Strong affinity for numbers, processes, and digital solutions
