About the role

  • Social media management and activation: manage PUSH’s Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Plan and publish content aligned with the editorial strategy.
  • Engage with the community: respond to messages and comments, share relevant content, and moderate conversations.
  • Content creation and strategy: create posts, Stories, Reels and engaging videos focused on our artists and PUSH culture.
  • Manage the promotion and highlighting of our flagship formats (Instant Talent, PUSH Talk).
  • Collaborate with the design team and media unit to ensure visual and brand consistency.
  • Analysis and monitoring: track content performance (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Spot social media trends and propose new formats.

Requirements

  • Currently studying communications, digital marketing or social media.
  • Organized, curious and detail-oriented — above all driven by creativity and culture.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Passionate about music, independent artists, social platforms and creative strategies.
  • Willing to propose ideas, test, learn from failures and iterate.
