About the role
- Develop and own Push Gaming’s go-to-market strategy across LATAM, aligned with global objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to guide commercial decisions.
- Build, manage, and expand strong relationships with operator partners across LATAM.
- Lead negotiations for commercial agreements that drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, Product, and Compliance to deliver localised support.
- Represent Push Gaming at regional industry events, conferences, and associations.
- Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and insights on market performance.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support cross-functional initiatives to tailor products and marketing for LATAM audiences.
Requirements
- Proven commercial leadership experience in the iGaming industry with strong knowledge of the LATAM market
- Established network of operator contacts across Latin America
- Strong negotiation, business development, and account management skills
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks in key LATAM jurisdictions
- Strategic mindset with ability to execute and deliver results in a hands-on environment
- Native-level Spanish or Portuguese, plus fluent English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM and internationally
