About the role

  • PursueCare: mission-driven, patient-focused telemedicine addiction recovery and pharmacy services
  • Marketing Director shapes and executes overall marketing strategy for addiction treatment sector
  • Work closely with partnership development to target healthcare systems, hospitals, health plans, and community health organizations
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns targeting patients and health partners
  • Lead in-app and digital marketing campaigns and remarketing to prospective and lapsed patients
  • Create physical and digital marketing collateral for partnership development and sales presentations
  • Develop tailored messaging for Medicaid populations and individuals affected by social determinants of health
  • Write, edit, and proof web content, social media posts, blogs, advertising materials, and press releases
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in digital health and addiction treatment
  • Maintain consistent messaging and reputation across channels and oversee organization-wide online marketing initiatives
  • Assess performance metrics to measure reputation and return on investment
  • Manage and grow a marketing team, fostering creativity, innovation, and accountability

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing within the healthcare, digital health, telemedicine, or addiction treatment sectors
  • History of collaboration with sales and partnership development teams to drive growth
  • In-depth knowledge of the Medicaid market and understanding of challenges and opportunities in addiction treatment
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that engage target populations facing access to care barriers
  • Hands-on leadership approach suitable for a startup environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong design sense and experience designing advertising campaigns
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Drive to take ownership and meet professional obligations
  • Ability to prioritize projects without compromising quality
  • Belief in healthcare reform through innovative solutions
