About the role

  • Support company initiatives related to strategic partnerships and digital lending operations
  • Coordinate and support various projects related to our partnership program while working in cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth execution of our company’s digital strategy
  • Drive business growth through implementation of strategic partnership initiatives
  • Track partnership deliverables and ensure timely communication of updates
  • Assist with onboarding and relationship management activities
  • Maintain partnership documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to drive bottom line results for partnership and digital initiatives; anticipate and address bottlenecks, balance business needs vs. technical constraints, ensure quality meets expectations
  • Maintain documentation, resources, and timelines
  • Prepare status reports, presentations, and communications for stakeholders

Requirements

  • College degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, or a relevant field preferred
  • 2+ years of proven related work experience
  • Skilled in project management; negotiating, problem-solving, influencing, and leading others
  • Experience in operations support, process improvement, or consulting
  • Strong analytical thinking demonstrated through excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or banking is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, adaptable to various styles, channels, and audiences
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing environment while comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex information and track multiple workstreams
  • Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products
  • Ability to interact professionally and exhibit appropriate social skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use standard collaborations tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Monday.com
