About the role
- Support company initiatives related to strategic partnerships and digital lending operations
- Coordinate and support various projects related to our partnership program while working in cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth execution of our company’s digital strategy
- Drive business growth through implementation of strategic partnership initiatives
- Track partnership deliverables and ensure timely communication of updates
- Assist with onboarding and relationship management activities
- Maintain partnership documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to drive bottom line results for partnership and digital initiatives; anticipate and address bottlenecks, balance business needs vs. technical constraints, ensure quality meets expectations
- Maintain documentation, resources, and timelines
- Prepare status reports, presentations, and communications for stakeholders
Requirements
- College degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, or a relevant field preferred
- 2+ years of proven related work experience
- Skilled in project management; negotiating, problem-solving, influencing, and leading others
- Experience in operations support, process improvement, or consulting
- Strong analytical thinking demonstrated through excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or banking is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, adaptable to various styles, channels, and audiences
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Adaptable and flexible to changing environment while comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex information and track multiple workstreams
- Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products
- Ability to interact professionally and exhibit appropriate social skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to use standard collaborations tools such as Zoom, Teams, and Monday.com
