About the role

  • Own the top-of-funnel and mid-funnel sales process: handle inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and guide prospects through our pipeline.
  • Communicate the value of our services — especially CRO and website performance — in clear, business-driven terms.
  • Coordinate CRO audits with our internal team to provide potential clients with actionable insights during the sales process.
  • Tailor proposals based on client needs, working with our PMs and specialists to create offers that convert.
  • Build strong relationships and close deals with integrity — focusing on long-term fit, not just quick wins.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or digital project/client management — ideally in an agency or SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with CRO, paid advertising, UX, or web development — you don’t need to be a hands-on expert, but you must understand how these services impact business growth.
  • Native English speaker (or extremely proficient), with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and confident navigating tools like HubSpot, Loom, Google Drive, etc.
  • A consultative, value-first approach to selling — you’re more strategist than script-reader.
Benefits
  • Fully remote, full-time role
  • Competitive base salary + performance-based commission (earnings in line with top performers on our team)
  • Flexible work hours
  • Collaborative international team
  • Opportunity to grow into leadership, strategy, or client-facing roles
