About the role

  • Lead and manage your own personal recruiting desk
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through candidate presentation and placement
  • Headhunt physicians, travel nurses, and medical sales professionals through proactive outreach, networking, and job platforms
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Conduct candidate screening, credential verification, and qualification assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and assist with offer negotiation and placement
  • Maintain accurate records within the company ATS and recruiting systems
  • Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals for repeat placements

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals: Physicians, Travel Nurses, Med Sales
  • Demonstrated ability to source and headhunt candidates independently (leads will not be provided)
  • Comfortable managing a full recruiting desk in a commission-only environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and candidate engagement skills
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work fully remote
  • Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms
  • Must be located in USA
