About the role
- Lead and manage your own personal recruiting desk
- Execute full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through candidate presentation and placement
- Headhunt physicians, travel nurses, and medical sales professionals through proactive outreach, networking, and job platforms
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct candidate screening, credential verification, and qualification assessments
- Coordinate interviews and assist with offer negotiation and placement
- Maintain accurate records within the company ATS and recruiting systems
- Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals for repeat placements
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals: Physicians, Travel Nurses, Med Sales
- Demonstrated ability to source and headhunt candidates independently (leads will not be provided)
- Comfortable managing a full recruiting desk in a commission-only environment
- Strong communication, organization, and candidate engagement skills
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work fully remote
- Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms
- Must be located in USA
