About the role

  • Lead and manage your own personal recruiting desk
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through candidate presentation and placement
  • Headhunt and recruit medical sales professionals through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified medical sales candidates
  • Conduct candidate screening, qualification assessments, and interview preparation
  • Coordinate interviews and assist with offer negotiation and candidate placement
  • Maintain accurate records within the company ATS and recruiting systems
  • Develop long-term relationships with medical sales professionals and industry contacts

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting experience in medical sales, healthcare sales, or related commercial roles
  • Demonstrated ability to independently source and headhunt candidates (leads will not be provided)
  • Comfortable managing a full recruiting desk in a commission-only environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work fully remote
  • Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms
