About the role
- Lead and manage your own personal recruiting desk
- Execute full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through candidate presentation and placement
- Headhunt and recruit medical sales professionals through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and recruiting platforms
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified medical sales candidates
- Conduct candidate screening, qualification assessments, and interview preparation
- Coordinate interviews and assist with offer negotiation and candidate placement
- Maintain accurate records within the company ATS and recruiting systems
- Develop long-term relationships with medical sales professionals and industry contacts
Requirements
- Previous recruiting experience in medical sales, healthcare sales, or related commercial roles
- Demonstrated ability to independently source and headhunt candidates (leads will not be provided)
- Comfortable managing a full recruiting desk in a commission-only environment
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work fully remote
- Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms
