About the role
- Source and engage Travel Nurses and Allied clinicians nationwide
- Manage candidate pipelines from outreach through placement
- Submit qualified clinicians to active travel assignments
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians
- Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the placement process
- Maintain organized tracking of candidate pipelines and submissions
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of recent Travel Nurse or Allied healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success placing clinicians into travel or contract roles
- Experience working with VMS/MSP platforms or healthcare staffing clients
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions independently
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a remote environment
