About the role
- Provide counseling services to clients age 5+
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation within EHR
- Respond to urgent client needs and crisis situations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
Requirements
- Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) License in New York
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to client-centered care
