About the role
- Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory.
- Grow and develop a customer base by identifying new prospects.
- Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate customers.
- Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring customer needs are met.
- Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.
- Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective marketing.
- Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the business.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people.
- Asking open ended questions and delivering the brand ‘message’.
- Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business.
- Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes and community events in a group setting
