Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Pure's radically simple, all-flash enterprise storage and data solutions to potential customers
Develop and execute comprehensive account plans; lead pursuit teams and orchestrate internal resources to secure new customers and expand footprint in the region
Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities; build and manage a healthy pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue quotas
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor to understand business challenges and position solutions
Own the entire sales process from initial prospecting to closing; coordinate with multiple stakeholders and partners to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements
Proven prospecting skills and a genuine passion for opening doors to new customers; consistent track record of acquiring new logos and driving business development
Ability to apply deep insights and expertise in technology solutions to position portfolio as a strategic solution for persistent business problems
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish; requires ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrated success in leading and managing a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders and internal teams
Proven record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and ensuring customer success after deal close
