• provide project management and support to team operational workflows for the CQC team
• enables effective team operations
• independently manage assigned projects
• executive and stakeholder scheduling
• monitoring operational risks and dependencies across projects
• supporting funder reporting and compliance tracking
• developing and improving operational workflows, templates and governance processes
• facilitating communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders/partners
• oversee the continuous improvement of internal team processes, workflows, and governance
• manage operational aspects of Annual Organizational Sponsor engagement
