About the role
- Rapid contact and follow-up with policyholders and claimants
- Investigate the cause and report to clients with solid recommendations
- Provide high-level customer service to clients and policyholders throughout the claims process
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with established work standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in automobile claims
- Valid Quebec claims adjuster license (company sponsorship required)
- Training/experience in automotive claims
- Proficiency with computers and current technology
- Bilingualism (French and English) is a major asset in the National Accounts department
