Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or growth roles (startup or agency)
- Strong hands-on outbound execution experience
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close business
- High output + high ownership mentality
- Strong writing skills for personalized outreach
- Comfortable with rejection and high outbound volume
- Bias toward action over excuses
- Strong Signals
- Experience in the creator economy
- Former founders or builders
- Background from major agencies (Omnicom, Publicis, WPP, Dentsu, Ogilvy)
- Brand-side marketing experience
- SDR/BDR experience at fast-moving startups
- Scrappy, ownership-driven mentality
