  • You bring fresh ideas to your own projects, whether that’s process optimization, people development, or recruiting. You make a difference!

Requirements

  • Driven. Passionate. Diverse. Equal. These are qualities you value
  • You have a degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a similar personnel-focused qualification and bring more than 3 years of experience
  • Employment law? No problem for you — you are well versed in it
  • You are highly familiar with tools like Personio and speak fluent German and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Your eye for detail is unbeatable; you work carefully and are consistently reliable
  • You know that culture isn’t written on paper — it’s lived. You help build a connected and inclusive team atmosphere.
