About the role

Requirements
- 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting
- Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, specifically in the Baltimore area.
- Skilled in using relevant software tools and adaptable in learning new systems that enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or closely related field.
