5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or related fields.
Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes, teams, or service offerings from 0 to 1.
Deep understanding of venture-backed and private equity-backed companies and their unique operational and service needs.
People management experience or demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
Experience working with or within high-growth startups.
Technical fluency and comfort partnering with Engineering teams (prior experience defining product requirements is a plus).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
