About the role
- Share how our platform can help organizations gather meaningful public feedback
- Schedule discovery meetings for account executives, primarily through outbound calls, but also including email and social media
- Partner with Account Executives to create successful handoffs for qualified opportunities
- Respond quickly to inbound demo requests
- Research accounts for relevant contacts and contextual information
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Requirements
- Experience with outbound communications via phone and email
- Experience researching contacts and information for high value accounts
- Experience with detailed recordkeeping in a CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
- Experience meeting and exceeding targets or quotas
- You are comfortable with internal software tools, such as G-Suite and Slack
- You are prepared to learn new technologies, including AI tools
- You are eager to make phone calls and able to maintain energy with prospects throughout the day
- You are able to respond to new situations quickly, including handling objections
- You are self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
- You are organized and able to stay on top of tasks that come from multiple sources
- You communicate effectively and foster collaborative professional relationships
