About the role
- Participate in the planning and coordination of store stocktakes/inventory counts.
- Track and monitor stocktake plans (by region / store / time period).
- Review and validate results and variances/deviations when required.
- Provide support on security issues arising from stores.
- Contribute to the coordination of day-to-day Security operational matters.
- Monitor proper operation of security equipment (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.).
- Record equipment needs, shortages, and replacement requirements.
- Track and follow up on store requests related to security equipment.
- Create, maintain, and update Security Checklists for new store openings, remodelings/refurbishments, periodic store audits/inspections.
- Monitor checklist completion and communicate gaps and corrective actions.
