About the role
- Lead creative briefs for TVC, Digital (Social, Newsletters, Site Banners), Print, and In-store assets.
- Drive performance through strategic marketing, Coop campaigns with partners, and trend analysis.
- Assist in annual/monthly media planning, monitor budgets, and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate in-store events, new store openings, and refit promotions.
- Oversee marketing proofs and ensure brand consistency (Mixed Category Comms).
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Marketing, or Account Management (Retail experience is a strong plus).
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in managing both digital and offline communication channels.
- Strong ability to interpret data, monitor budgets, and report on KPIs/ROI.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent command of English and Greek; strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
