About the role

  • Lead creative briefs for TVC, Digital (Social, Newsletters, Site Banners), Print, and In-store assets.
  • Drive performance through strategic marketing, Coop campaigns with partners, and trend analysis.
  • Assist in annual/monthly media planning, monitor budgets, and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Coordinate in-store events, new store openings, and refit promotions.
  • Oversee marketing proofs and ensure brand consistency (Mixed Category Comms).

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Marketing, or Account Management (Retail experience is a strong plus).
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in managing both digital and offline communication channels.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, monitor budgets, and report on KPIs/ROI.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek; strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
