Identify and prioritize OEPR and emergency response healthcare and community readiness technology needs.
Plan and serve as the program lead for project initiation to completion.
Responsible for defining business requirements and developing work plans.
Liaise with DIT and represent OEPR at meetings.
Conduct research on the use of technology for emergency response operations.
Ensure applications are prepared for surge capacity use during emergencies.

Requirements

Master’s degree from an accredited college in emergency management, public health, disaster management, or related field and one (1) year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in areas like emergency preparedness/management or public safety.
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two (2) years of satisfactory experience in similar areas.
Strong technical project management skills.
Strong business analysis and documentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical understanding of technology platforms like Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, ESRI, Tableau, etc.
Experience with emergency management applications and understanding of HIPAA and security/privacy rules.
