About the role

  • As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a central role in building and further developing our recruiting strategy.
  • You act as a strategic sparring partner for management, develop innovative processes, and manage all activities across the talent acquisition funnel.
  • You provide strategic advice to managers on all matters related to talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • You work closely with the HR Business Partner team and C-level executives to develop demand-driven recruiting solutions.
  • You oversee the end-to-end recruiting process — from requirement analysis and interviews to contract signing.
  • You proactively identify talent through active sourcing, build talent pools, and cultivate sustainable candidate relationships.
  • You develop a long-term talent acquisition roadmap aligned with the company's objectives.
  • You plan capacity, forecast staffing needs, and define strategic sourcing channels.
  • You continuously optimize processes, tools, and candidate journeys with a focus on efficiency, quality, and global scalability.
  • You strengthen our employer brand through targeted campaigns, content, and platform strategies.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, social sciences, psychology, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in an international or fast-scaling environment
  • Solid experience in active sourcing and building strategic talent pools
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong operational implementation skills
  • Experience with recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tech) and HR analytics
  • Strong knowledge of employer branding, conducting interviews, process design, and recruiting compliance
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills and a strong service orientation
  • Fluent German and English; French is a plus.
